Tailored solutions for every sector — from initial quote to project completion.
Everything you need to know about our services.
Twelve sectors: food and beverage processing, dairy, breweries and distilleries, meat and poultry, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical and biotech, textile and dyeing, mining and mineral processing, oil and gas produced water, metal finishing and plating, chemical manufacturing, and power, boilers and cooling towers. Each sector page explains the typical effluent profile and the treatment stages that handle it.
Because the effluent does. A dairy discharges fats and dissolved organics; a plating shop discharges metals; a mine discharges suspended solids and sulphates. The contaminants decide the stages: high-organic food effluent usually needs biological treatment in an MBR system, oily effluent needs an oil water separator followed by coalescing filtration, metal-bearing effluent needs chemical precipitation and a lamella clarifier. That is why we characterize your process water before quoting.
Usually, yes. The twelve sector pages cover the effluent profiles we see most often, but the equipment itself is selected from the same thirteen product lines regardless of industry — a DAF system, an MBBR system or a dewatering screw press does the same job whatever the sector name on the door. Send a quote request describing your process water and discharge limits and we will tell you plainly whether we can size a system for it.
Flow, contaminants, discharge limit. An engineer replies with a sized treatment train and a quote — no obligation.
