Industrial wastewater treatment systems for Canadian food processors, mines and manufacturers. DAF, oil-water separators, MBR, RO, sludge dewatering.
Industrial Wastewater Canada supplies treatment equipment to industrial operations across the country. The catalogue covers the systems most Canadian plants ask for: DAF units, oil-water separators, membrane bioreactors, MBBR systems, clarifiers, reverse osmosis and sludge dewatering equipment. Every inquiry starts the same way. You tell us your flow rate and what is in the water. We size a system against that, and the proposal you get back is for equipment matched to your effluent, not a catalogue page.
That process exists because industrial effluent resists generalization. A food processor discharging to a municipal sewer under a surcharge agreement has a different problem than a mine holding metals in process water, even when both need solids out. The equipment that solves one can be the wrong purchase for the other. So we ask for numbers before we talk about machines: the flow, the load, and the limit written into the discharge permit. We work from Toronto and quote remotely, which keeps the process the same whether the plant is in Ontario or three provinces away.
There is no public price list, because a price without a sizing behind it would be a guess. A flow rate and a recent lab report are enough to start.
Two plants in the same industry rarely have the same water. A dairy and a brewery both carry organic load, but the concentrations, the flows and the discharge limits differ, and the right equipment differs with them. That is why we quote from your numbers rather than publish a price list. Send the flow rate, the effluent type and the limit you have to meet, and the response is a sized proposal you can put in front of your engineer.
We serve industrial operations across Canada, from a base in Toronto. Quoting, sizing and support are handled remotely, so a plant in Alberta or a mine in northern Quebec goes through the same process as a food processor in the GTA.
Everything you need to know about our services.
A supplier. We size, build and commission industrial wastewater treatment equipment — treatment systems, DAF units, dewatering presses — then hand the plant to your operators with the compliance sampling already set up. We do not run the plant for you, and we do not sell operating contracts.
With your effluent, not with a catalogue. You send a flow rate, a lab analysis or process description and your discharge destination; we come back with a sized configuration and a budget price. Where treatability is uncertain, we run jar tests or a pilot on your actual process water before anyone commits capital.
Yes. Proposals, drawings and commissioning documentation are produced in either language, which matters in Quebec where the compliance file tied to a MELCCFP attestation has to stand up in French.
Flow, contaminants, discharge limit. An engineer replies with a sized treatment train and a quote — no obligation.
